Jumpilates

This class is a fusion of cardio Jumping and Pilates-inspired exercises. This workout will get you toned in all the right places!

Jump 101

New to Jumping or need a refresher? This class goes over all of the moves we do on the tramp. You’ll also learn modifications that you can do at class to make the exercises work for you.
